As a therapist specializing in relationships, I will view your concerns through the lens of connection—both in developing an empathetic, trusted therapeutic relationship and in helping you to see how unhealthy behaviors are playing out in your dating life or with your partner, peers, family, and coworkers. Together, we can improve your emotional awareness and coping skills so that you can establish meaningful boundaries, communicate better, and get more satisfaction out of your experiences.
Though I treat clients’ issues through a relationship lens, I only work with individual adults in therapy. Providing highly tailored, solution-oriented care, we can focus on how to invite and develop lasting personal growth. With an improved and more hopeful mindset, you’re likely to see a reduction in mental health symptoms, including conflict in your relationships.
I welcome men and women at all stages of life—especially those who identify as Black, Indigenous, or a Person of Color (POC). As a Black therapist, I can relate to your experience and offer meaningful guidance. Additionally, my professional and personal backgrounds inform my specializations in therapy for working parents, clients from blended families, and other individuals experiencing significant transition or loss.
